Cherries, raspberries, rhubarb and a touch of spice all find a place to create a vibrant, full and generous wine with a velvety and fleshy texture.
Bursting with flavour, this is a supple wine with youthful juiciness. A blend of pinot noir grapes from four vineyard sites which truly captures the essence of the Yarra Valley. Each vineyard brings a different element to the wine, with the overall theme being bright fleshy fruit.

I keep every parcel of fruit separate in the winery before and after fermentation. I keep the wine in barrel for six months before I bring the best of all the vineyards together to blend a deliciously succulent wine.
